In a Data provided by Delhi Development Authority they have registered around 6,400 Hectares of Land under the Policy Now they are seeking developers to make investment in those Land Parcels.
In seminar organized by DDA and FICCI on Friday DDA’S chairman said that “Land Pooling Policy will definitely make India’s capital a world class city” It was also being said by DDA’s vice chairman that we are happy to see that farmers have come forward in large numbers to participate in DDA’s New Land Pooling Policy now we are waiting from investors and developers to do the same for the development of such sectors. For other sectors, DDA will do hand holding Kapoor ensured.
While praising the efforts of farmers and others the Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal Said that policy will bring a prototype development in the National Capital this policy will not only focus on Large public outcomes and good planning but it would also make non gated affordable projects in active public areas to make good use of energy, water and waste management. There would be zero discharge for each sectors” he said.
In a speech give by Union minister for housing and urban affairs Hardeep Singh Puri said that with the help of Land Pooling Policy we would definitely make redevelopment of National Capital on Global Standards.
DDA launched a single window web portal for inviting registrations under the Land Pooling Policy, in the starting DDA planned to open it for six months but due to slow start of registrations DDA extended the dates by September 6. As of September 6 the data provided by DDA shows that they have registered over 6,407 hectares of Land under the policy.
