Delhi Land Pooling Policy is a much-awaited scheme that got its approval on 7th September by the Ministry for Urban Development and the Delhi Development Authority. The approval came during a meeting headed by Anil Baijal, the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi. The accumulated land parcels would then be used for land development in parts while the remaining parcels of land would be returned to the owners.
