Under Land Polling Policy, DDA will give back 52% land in one parcel within 5kms of the largest parcel surrendered. On 52% land, CWS can build approximate 75 apartments per acre of returned land averaging 1500 sq ft each. Construction linked payment plan and bank loan will be available for construction.
